  I would say no one should rent through therse people.
  I was ripped off but i dnt want others to be.
  In last 10 years peter Campbell is the worst real estate i rented through..i paid 400$ for the bond cleaning and provide the receipt but they said we want a writtenstatement from cleaner they actually done the cleaning ! who does that ? Paid twice for carpet cleaning because they were not satisfied ?
  Paid extra money to the rubbish removers for the rubbing which was already there when we moved to the house !
